Abstract. The purpose of this paper is to establish sequential optimality conditions characterizing completely an approximate solution for a scalar constrained robust fractional optimization problem in the absence of constraint qualifications. Our approach is based essentially on the use of a combination of conjugate analysis and the concept of approximate subdifferential. Finally, we present an example to illustrate our main results.
