Abstract. This paper focuses on optimality conditions/duality theorems for -quasi solutions of nonsmooth minimax programming problems involving inequality and equality constraints. The main results obtained in this paper are the extensions of the results in Chuong and Kim [Ann. Oper. Res. 251 (2017), 73–87] and Bae, Hong and Kim [J. Nonlinear Var. Anal. 5 (2021), 709-720].
