Abstract. In this paper, we introduce some new iterative algorithms for finding fixed points of nonexpansive mappings with the aid of projection and contraction methods. Weak and strong convergence theorems are established under mild conditions in Hilbert spaces. The numerical examples are presented to illustrate the advantage of our proposed algorithms.
